We went to Brunch Republic and had a really great time. A big reason was our waiter Gigi.
Gigi was friendly, on it, and actually helpful. We asked what to get and Gigi recommended the Absolute Avocado. That was the right call. Creamy avocado on toasted grain bread, poached eggs, hollandaise, a little chili, and sesame and poppy seeds on top. It looked great and tasted even better.
We also got popcorn chicken, the breakfast burrito, and the crunchy burrito. All of it was excellent. The chicken was crispy, the burritos were filling and full of flavor, and nothing felt like filler. We finished with apple pie and that was the perfect last bite. Warm, comforting, and gone pretty fast.
The food was consistently good and Gigi made the whole thing feel easy. No rush, no awkward hovering, just good service from someone who clearly knows the menu.
We will definitely come back. Next time we are asking for Gigi again.
