We went there today and ordered the pancakes and their new chicken sandwich. When our food arrived, we got the pancakes, but instead of the chicken sandwich, we received something else. We then realized that the mistake was actually ours when placing the order.

The person who served us was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though it was our mistake, they were happy to change it for us and brought us the chicken sandwich we had wanted to try. We really appreciated how nicely they handled everything and how much they cared about making sure we were happy.

And the chicken sandwich was honestly the best chicken sandwich I’ve had in Italy! Everything inside it was perfectly balanced, the flavors worked so well together, and it was absolutely delicious.

Such a lovely experience, both for the food and the service. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon! ❤️
